Harcourt provides various appropriate services and dedicated special needs resources to enable all users to visit and explore the castle and arboretum at their own pace.

Special needs services

For the hard of hearing, an induction loop system is available at reception.

Car park close to the entrance

Disabled toilets in the reception building and close to events (for occasional events)

Visually impaired visitors are allowed access to the castle with their guide dog.

For temporary disabilities, a wheelchair is available on request at reception.

Reduced-mobility visitors can tour the arboretum and the outside areas as well as the ground floor of the castle. The first floor of the castle will soon be accessible to all by means of a virtual tour that is currently being produced.
